Does my subscription automatically renew?
The subscription is based on auto-renewal. You'll be charged each month/year until you disable it. If you do so, your account will remain upgraded until the end of the current prepaid period.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel the service any time in your Mangools account.
What's your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied we will issue a full refund within 24 hours of your payment. This does not apply to 2 consecutive subscriptions.
How can I pay?
You can pay by your Visa, Maestro, MasterCard or Discover credit / debit card. You can pay with your PayPal and now even with Bitcoin.
I'm from Germany and have issues during the payment.
