• Does my subscription automatically renew?

  The subscription is based on auto-renewal. You'll be charged each month/year until you disable it. If you do so, your account will remain upgraded until the end of the current prepaid period.

• Can I cancel my subscription?

  You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel the service any time in your Mangools account.

• What's your refund policy?

  If you are not satisfied we will issue a full refund within 48 hours of your payment. This does not apply to 2 consecutive subscriptions.

• How can I pay?

  You can pay with your Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards, send money via bank transfer or, if you're really cool, pay with crypto ;). We also support PayPal payments through the Paddle payment provider.
